Glossary Purpose and Sources
The Glossary serves 2 roles: 1) providing clarity on how terms are defined for use within the Triad Resource Center; and 2) acknowledging where terminology may be ambiguous or conflicting due in usage by the environmental cleanup community. Where available and applicable, definitions or descriptions developed by consensus or professional organizations are preferred by the Triad Steering Committee and are referenced in this Glossary.
